As you go along, at some point, you’ll feel stuck in the same place and level and feel like you’re not going anywhere. How do you deal with this? Today we’ll share the following signs indicating that you already need a BOOST in your journey and what to do with them:
1. Don't WAIT for other people to RECOGNIZE your work.
You can't wait for other people to notice your hard work. Make sure that you bring your success forward by keeping a success journal of all the things that you accomplish.
2. Your EMOTIONS feel VERY CLOSE to the SURFACE.
You need a boost when you feel your emotions are bubbling, right at the surface. It's a sign when your emotions are that close to the surface that you're not speaking up. If you're on a path to worthiness, you have to learn to speak up, not only for what you want but for what you have to say.
3. You're feeling RESENTFUL.
Resentment is feeling that you never do anything for yourself, that you give everything to your children, partner, or career. When you feel resentful, it's time for some self-care, because you can't constantly give to others and not get it back.
4. You feel ALONE.
You are never alone in that chase for worthiness. We all experience not feeling good enough. Its what you do next that matters.
5. JUDGMENT is the barometer for your beliefs.
Here's the thing you can do when judgment arises, you can say, does this belief really serve me? If it's not serving you to live your best life, it's time to delete it. Judgment happens when what you see internally or externally does not match your beliefs. But the good news is that you can delete that data if it doesn’t serve you.
